Q: What kind of payment do you accept? 

A: We accept payments via PayPal or any major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Q: How much is shipping? 

A: The shipping cost for all domestic orders within the USA is anywhere between $5.99 and up per order. The total shipping cost depends on the product ordered, the total number of items ordered, and your shipping address.

All U.S. domestic orders over $100 are qualified for a FREE shipping.

Q: Do you ship internationally? 

A: Yes! We ship internationally to most parts of the world, and charge anywhere from $7.99 and up per international orders. The total international shipping cost depends on the product ordered, the total number of items ordered, and your shipping location.

Q: When will you ship my item(s)? 

A: All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.

99% of orders leave the warehouse within a few business days (up to about 1 week) of the payment date. Some may take longer, depending on a few factors - like product type or seasonality.

We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.

Usually, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your order.

Q: When will I receive my item(s)? 

A: Most of our print-on-demand goods, message card jewelry, t-shirts, and other items should be received within about 1-2­ weeks from your order date.

This may be a little longer for international delivery.

Q: Where are my item(s) coming from? 

A: Although the main fulfillment warehouse for most of our print-on-demand products is located in the United States, some of our specialty items are located in Europe.

Q: Will my item(s) be sent in one package? 

A: For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

We ship a lot of print-on-demand products, so many of these products aren't stocked in-house. Sometimes your orders will come from different locations, so you may receive one item before the next.
