Refund Policy

Cancellations
Due to the nature of our business where we sell mostly print-on-demand products (t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, etc), we DO NOT accept any cancellations once TWO hours are passed from your purchase date and time.

Once the two hours are passed from the purchase date and time, all the orders are automatically pushed into the production process and CANNOT be canceled anymore from that moment.

Returns & Replacements 
We DO NOT accept any returns!

However, if there is any problem with your order (damaged or defective item, wrong item, etc.) - you can send us an email at info@eshopgear.com and we will process you a replacement order.

To complete your replacement, we require a photo or video proof of the problem with your order.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.

Our replacement policy lasts 30 days from the date your order is delivered. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery date of your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or a replacement after that.

Several types of goods are exempt from being replaced, such as:

  • Gift cards 
  • Downloadable software products

Refunds (if applicable)
There could be certain situations where we won't be able to fulfill your order (such as "out of stock", etc.). In this case we will issue you a refund for the part of your order which we are not able to fulfill it.

We will send you an email to notify you about your refund. 

Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
